Instructions for returning goods

  • Please read the Refund policy carefully 

  • If you wish to return your order, please contact us directly with your order number and mark it as a return in the subject line before sending it to us: info@marokkodeko.de
  • The sender is responsible for the shipping cost of all returns.
  • Marokko Deko reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our returns policy or are returned without written authorization.
  • It is helpful to get a tracking number for the returned package as Marokko Deko is not responsible for lost or misplaced returns.
  • The product must be packed in the original packaging, otherwise a similarly resistant packaging should be used to avoid damage to the product. All parts of the product must be included and the package can be returned to us at the following address:

          International returns (outside the EU)

  • All of the above also applies to international returns and please note that you must contact us directly with your order number and the return as a subject before sending it to us: info@marokkodeko.com

  • International customers must bear the return shipping costs.
  • Please make sure to note the following on the return address
  • A copy of the invoice sent to you upon purchase
  • Mark the goods as returned to avoid customs delays or charges
  • Add the item value excluding shipping costs on the return label
  • We will not process or be held responsible for any returns that have not been emailed to us prior to dispatch.

           Repayment

After we receive the package and the product, we will refund the product price within 3 working days.

           Reduced products

All discounted items are final and can only be changed within 14 days of receipt. Returns on discounted products will not be accepted. Custom orders cannot be exchanged or returned.
